SHE LET THE TABLE TALK! Janca’s Quiet Paris Dynasty

Janca once explained why Soccerverse’s loudest public square heard so little from her. It was not indifference.

I watch Discord every day, but I often don't feel the need to comment on certain things because I'm just a woman and many men think that women don't know anything about football, so I prefer to be quiet and just enjoy the game 🙂

Janca

Paris have made her football opinion impossible to ignore. As of 20 August, they lead France after eight matches with 17 points and a 14–5 goal record. They are chasing a third consecutive championship.

This is no Cinderella tale. Paris possess a 502.44M SVC squad, a 92.9-rated best XI and 69.38M SVC in cash. Their story is about what happens when enormous resources meet stability, nerve and a manager with skin in the game.

The rival Paris could not shake

Paris finished Season 1 second on 71 points, four behind Monaco. Janca’s Toulouse were third on the same total. In May 2025, Toulouse also eliminated Paris from the national cup, winning a shootout 3–2 after a goalless match. Four months later, they held Paris 0–0 in the league.

Then Paris hired their problem.

On 14 October 2025, influence holders chose Janca over Eltukko by 6,785 votes to 5,155. She arrived with a Toulouse record of 38 wins, 23 draws and 14 defeats across 75 matches, calling the Paris job “an honor.” Today she is also the largest listed Paris influence holder, with 10,490 units among 87 holders.

Credit for the first title must be shared. Eltukko took 36 points from the opening 20 league matches of Season 2. Janca’s first four games produced four draws, hardly a coronation march.

What followed was control. Her 18-match portion returned 10 wins, seven draws and one defeat. Paris conceded only three goals. Their combined 73 points beat Marseille by two.

Season 3 belonged entirely to Janca: 21 wins, 76 points and another two-point title, this time ahead of both Marseille and Nice. Now Paris lead Lille by one. Their two completed championship wins under Janca were secured by two points apiece. This dynasty is built on nerve, not landslides.

It is not total dominance, either. Paris still have no cup victories. Across all competitions, Janca’s Paris record stands at 52 wins, 26 draws and 10 defeats from 88 matches.

Nor does quiet mean cautious. Paris used 4-2-2-2 in six of their latest 10 games and selected an attacking style seven times.

A market plan, not a shopping spree

Since Janca’s appointment, Paris have completed nine permanent buys for 234.80M SVC and nine sales worth 345.58M. That is a 110.78M SVC transfer-cash surplus.

Do not mistake it for trading profit. The six players Paris both bought and later sold produced a combined fee loss of 34.03M SVC. Much of the wider surplus came from monetising talent already on the books.

Janca’s pattern is better described as consolidation. Arrivals during her reign averaged 23.3 years old at the time of transfer; departures averaged 30.

The defining exchange began when Désiré Doué left for 123.08M SVC on 30 December 2025. Between 3 and 9 January, Paris spent 178.34M on five players, including the 107.67M purchase of Jonathan David. One jewel funded a broader reload. Paris retained the title.

Season 4 has accelerated the age shift. Three permanent departures averaged 33 years old, while three arrivals averaged 19.3. Paris received 96.36M SVC, spent 22.39M and banked 73.97M. Marco Asensio’s 73.59M exit did most of the financial lifting; every permanent arrival was 21 or younger.

Then came the loan negotiation that revealed the person behind the ledger. Asked to send 92-rated Gonçalo Ramos to Milano Blue, Janca sought assurance that his contract could be renewed.

Because I wouldn't want to lose this player because the free bench!

Janca

The exchange happened. Ramos went out; 18-year-old Mohamed Kader Meïté, rated 84, and 20-year-old Elías Montiel Ávalos, rated 81, came the other way. Paris temporarily converted one elite forward into two young rotation options without selling him. The risk has not vanished—Ramos still has one season left, although renewal is permitted.

That is what makes Paris special. The ballot box, touchline and transfer room all point in the same direction: hire the rival, trust her, protect the assets and keep enough quality to win while the squad grows younger.

Janca prefers quiet. Paris keep answering with the same word: first.
