Pjanic's 45M Ask Hits Silence
St. Pauli want 45.0M SVC for a 36-year-old, 89-rated DMC who once drew eight bids. This time, there are none yet.

45.0M SVC. Not a bid. An ask.
St. Pauli have put Miralem Pjanić on the transfer market at 45,049,742 SVC, and the live auction card is painfully clear: no high bid, no bids listed, auction not started. The first buyer must meet the full ask before the clock properly comes alive.
That price is not random. Pjanić's game value is 5.63M SVC, so St. Pauli's number lands at effectively 8.0x value. Proper premium pricing, love, but the market has not blinked yet.
The Player
Pjanić is still a serious footballer in Soccerverse terms: 89 rating, 89 passing, main position DMC, and playable across CM, RM and AMC. For St. Pauli this season, he has made 25 league appearances, played 1,933 minutes, scored three goals, and averaged 6.88.
There is the catch. He is 36, on 170,945 SVC wages, and currently marked injured until June 25, 2026 at 18:00 UTC. The player is good. The timing is not tidy.
The Old Tape
This is not some untested name being thrown onto the board. Pjanić's last auction did move.
The archive shows Moskva Red&Blue listed him in June 2025 at a 5.0M SVC minimum. Eight bids followed: Lazio, Celje, Hamburg, Konya and Metz nudged it along, Crystal Palace jumped to 18.0M, Bournemouth went to 19.0M, and St. Pauli won him at 23,100,009 SVC on June 30, 2025.
Now St. Pauli are asking 21,949,733 SVC more than they paid. That is a 95.0% uplift. Sound if somebody pays it. Paper money if nobody does.
Why St. Pauli Care
St. Pauli's current balance is 46.0M SVC, so the Pjanić ask is worth 97.9% of the club's cash pile. A sale at full price would push them to about 91.1M SVC before any other movement.
It would also change their Season 3 transfer ledger. Completed business has them at 105.5M SVC spent and 53.2M SVC received, a current net spend of 52.3M SVC. Add a full-price Pjanić sale and that net spend falls to 7.2M SVC.
That is the story. Not a done deal. Not a bid. A big 8x ask on an elite old midfielder, with St. Pauli asking the room whether last year's bidding war can be made to happen twice.
For now, the room is quiet.
