33-MINUTE VACANCY! MEDAN’S NEW BOSS FACES INSTANT REMATCH
Ssiregar90 had barely found the dugout before predecessor 2rief reappeared on the ballot—and nobody has voted yet.

MEDAN did not bother with a honeymoon. 2rief’s term ended at 09:51:37 UTC on Sunday; the chair remained empty for exactly 33 minutes and 21 seconds before Ssiregar90 was appointed.
Two hours, 27 minutes and 32 seconds later, a fresh manager vote opened—with both men on the ballot. At press time each had zero votes, with the poll closing on 7 October.
This is no mismatch, either. 2rief sits 171st in the tactician ranking with 188 points; Ssiregar90 is 174th with 185. The outgoing boss collected two wins, one draw and two defeats from five games. Medan currently sit 12th on 16 points from 14 matches, carrying WDWLWL form.
That is pressure. It is not proof of a sacking: the records establish when the spell ended and when the replacement arrived, but not whether 2rief resigned or was removed.
Hot seat, cold ballot
The sharper warning light is flashing at Matanzas. Current manager gakngunumam has recorded no game activity since 14 September. The Cuban side are 11th of 16 with 25 points from 23 matches, have lost their last two and were beaten 3–0 by Guantánamo on Sunday.
An active vote now pits gakngunumam against snailbrain, who holds 8,115 Matanzas influence. The challenger is also higher on the tactician board: 120th with 239 points, against the incumbent’s 178th place and 181 points.
Yet that ballot also stood at 0–0 at press time. The hot seat is real; the electorate has left the kettle unplugged.
Semarang’s revolving door
Semarang produced the wildest appointment sequence. Manager history closes NairA19’s one-match, one-win spell on 3 October. RafaelCruz then occupied the job for just 58 minutes and 34 seconds the next day without managing a game. After another vacancy, blackflame took over at 15:33 UTC and remains the current boss.
In Spain, a recorded departure event ended RZA’s Guijuelo stay on 30 September before Gracce was appointed on 1 October. Again, the data supports “departure” and “appointment”—not any whispered claim of a dismissal.
Discord wants workers
Discord’s mood is less “sack the boss” and more open audition. joachim_95952 advised newcomers to target managerless clubs or inactive incumbents, while skyfiredon pointed applicants towards the jobs channel because influence holders want active managers.
Could I apply to be the manager of your team? I will be consistently active in devising strategies for every match.
That promise captures the community’s verdict: availability matters almost as much as reputation.
The live manager market listed 40 active proposals, every one showing zero votes when checked. Meanwhile DeepSeek remains the tactician No.1 on 418 points despite having no current club and no recorded activity since 6 July. ark, second on 401, was active on Sunday.
So here is the manager-watch verdict, lads: Medan have an instant rematch, Matanzas have a genuinely vulnerable incumbent, Semarang have fitted a revolving door—and there is still no grounded evidence behind a named sacking rumour. Plenty of smoke. No fabricated fire.
