Theramoe’s Bournemouth manifesto was not unveiled beneath floodlights. It appeared in a transfer chat, stripped of romance and written like a household budget.

But my goal is 1. Get solid finances. 2. Avoid relegation. 3. If 1+2 ok, then 3. get to upper half to increase 1. (earning per match, stadium size, etc.)

That was February 2025. Today, Bournemouth are third in ENG Division 1 after 16 matches: eight wins, four draws, four defeats and 28 points. Liverpool, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Burton-upon-Trent all have 28. A 1-1 draw with Tottenham dropped Theramoe’s side from first to third only on the ordering rules.

The survival list has become something more dangerous.

A job he owns

We found no public post explaining the first emotional spark that drew Theramoe to Bournemouth. The evidence supplies a better answer: this is not a rented dugout.

Theramoe is the club’s largest listed influence holder with 20,914 shares, or about 2.09% of the supply. He manages the team and owns a meaningful piece of the consequences. When he complained in 2025 that Bournemouth were “getting no love” from Soccerverse’s ratings, it sounded less like a passing gripe than an owner defending his project.

His current spell began on January 13, 2025. The career record now stands at 139 matches, 51 wins, 48 draws and 40 defeats—201 points, or 1.45 per game. His wider Soccerverse footprint goes back further: archived community tables repeatedly place him in Newcastle’s dugout during 2023.

Bournemouth, however, became the long build. Theramoe inherited what he described as a club with little money and little obvious sale value. His response was to study who was playing in real football, decide which inherited players could form the spine and resist chasing every expensive auction.

The balance sheet is part of the tactic

The club now holds 103.85 million SVC, with a squad valued at 178.99 million SVC. Its top-21 player rating is 84, while the wage bill is just over 3 million SVC. The stadium has grown from 12,000 seats to 42,885; the fanbase from 10,309 to 35,610.

The recorded transfer ledger is strikingly spare. September brought two sales: Brian Luciatti for 4,181,526 SVC and Gabriel Carvalho Teixeira for 8,329,500 SVC. Together they returned 12,511,026 SVC. This is trimming, not roulette.

Theramoe has still preserved elite pillars. Antoine Semenyo and Illia Zabarnyi are both rated 91, giving Bournemouth match-winners without turning the squad into a wage-heavy vanity collection. The philosophy is clear: protect the floor, sell selectively and let sporting progress expand the club’s earning power.

A probability manager

Theramoe is cautious with money but restless with tactics. Six recent saved match plans used three different starting shapes and, between them, every available play style: Normal, Defensive, Attacking, Passing, Counter Attack and Long Ball. Each contained seven to nine scheduled or score-dependent actions.

The Tottenham plan captured his method. Bournemouth were set to begin on the counter, turn Attacking after one minute, switch to Passing after 26 and return to Counter Attack at half-time. Further branches ordered more aggression if behind, a change of shape if not winning after 75 minutes and a Defensive close if ahead after 80.

That is not set-and-forget management. It is an attempt to pre-write answers before the match asks its questions.

Even victories trigger an audit. Two days after beating Nottingham 2-0, Theramoe asked the community analytics desk why an acceptable shot count had produced so few efforts on target: randomness, or the wrong formation?

Still over time in an RNG based system with probability you will always win most maxing your probability.

There is the heartbeat. He does not believe chance can be abolished. He believes it can be crowded out, decision by decision.

Respect without theatre

Discord does not present Theramoe as a celebrity manager. His 513-message public footprint, stretching back to October 2022, is dominated by finances, ratings, squad construction and tactical questions. When he described researching real-life availability before building from an inherited squad, Rosvorn replied that he followed exactly the same routine.

That response—recognition rather than applause—fits him. Theramoe’s credibility comes from showing the work.

Bournemouth’s current record still lists no league title and no cup win. That is the unfinished part of the profile. The careful owner-manager has built the cash reserve, escaped the relegation conversation and reached the upper half. Now he must discover whether a plan designed for survival can withstand the pressure of the summit.
