DDoctor Builds A 4,200 Wall And The Whales Queue Up To Eat It
Thirty-six trades, one dominant seller, and a 19% fade from Sunday's dollar peak — but the buyers keep showing up. Inside this week's Democrit SVC tape.

A fortnight ago I was writing about whales who couldn't stop *buying* SVC — one 3am account hoovered up 73% of a day's flow as the token punched a month-high. The tape has flipped. This week the story isn't who's grabbing SVC. It's who's finally letting it go.
Over the last 24 hours the Democrit exchange logged 36 trades, and one name sits on the sell side of nearly all of them: DDoctor, the manager behind Albanian side Korçë. On Thursday alone DDoctor offloaded roughly 26,145 SVC out of a 46,651-SVC day — 56% of the entire tape — and every single lot went out the door at the same flat price: 4,200 satoshis per SVC. That's a wall. Build it, hold it, let the market come to you.
And the market came.
The buyers lift every offer
DDoctor's 4,200 line didn't sit there gathering dust — it got eaten, lot by lot. Snaus (S Logroño) took five separate bites totalling 11,000 SVC. Juanlux (Bilbao) cleared 8,144 across two prints and, earlier in the session, swept the whole book from 3,999 up to 4,000, buying from eight different sellers in a single 09:01 minute. New money eDuMvP (Leioa) — an account that placed its first-ever trade only six days ago — bulldozed through 12,000-plus SVC on Wednesday, lifting offers from 4,000 all the way to 4,200. AuraNft, SoccerversePortugal and a lone 1-SVC nibble from Pika rounded out the queue.
Here's the tell that this is real demand and not idle churn: the active buyers are running on fumes. Snaus is sitting on a 187-SVC balance, Juanlux on 148, eDuMvP on 178. They buy SVC and spend it almost the instant it lands. The money isn't being hoarded — it's being deployed.
Price: firm on the floor, soft in dollars
On the exchange itself, SVC looks strong. The last dozen prints all cleared at 4,200 sats, the top of the visible tape and 8.2% above Wednesday evening's 3,880. DDoctor's wall is holding the line, not buckling.
Zoom out to the dollar, though, and the froth is coming off. The SVC/USDC reference rate peaked Sunday at $0.004077 — the very month-high I flagged in this column — and has since eased to $0.003286, down 19.4% from that top. The good news for bulls: the slide has nearly stalled, down barely 1% day-on-day. This is a market exhaling after a sprint, not one falling down the stairs.
Volume up on the week — but front-loaded
The 7-day number is genuinely punchy: 881,524.58 SVC across 232 trades, up 24.9% on the prior week. But it's all in the rear-view. Friday was the engine room — 195,105 SVC over 52 trades — before the back half of the week went quiet, tapering to a sleepy 25,162 SVC on Wednesday and 46,651 on Thursday.
A reality check on scale: that whole 882K-SVC week is worth roughly $3,250 in real USDC. This is a thin float — which is exactly why one determined seller can paint the price.
Who are the whales?
By Democrit volume over seven days the league table reads: Harris out front on 172,291 SVC, Verdis Capital on 142,484, then kjninnin and ODEEisOG locked together around 129,000 apiece, with Joachim, Snaus and Cipone close behind. Verdis Capital is the purist of the bunch — a clubless, fund-like account that has bought over a million SVC of influence in its life and never sold a single share. kjninnin, the 3am hunter from Sunday's high, is now sitting quietly on the fattest war-chest of the lot: a 143,666-SVC balance.
And this is where the two markets connect. The SVC changing hands on Democrit is fuel — it gets burned in the influence market, where 7-day share volume is up 17% on clubs and 33% on players. Snaus is the living bridge: a top-six SVC buyer *and* one of the biggest influence accumulators in the game, with 2.8M SVC of share trades to his name. The community has clocked it for weeks. As one trader put it back when the buying frenzy started:
Now check the SVC Market at who has been buying so much SVC the past few days. Can you make the connection??
The bigger backdrop, straight from the recent dev AMA, is that the team has made the economy — SVC creation, inflation, dividends — its stated top priority, with a fundraising-for-influence model on the way. In other words: SVC isn't just a token to flip. It's about to become the thing you raise capital with.
So — bullish or bearish?
Neither, and that's the honest read. The vertical part of the move is over: dollar price off 19% from the high, daily volume drained to weekly lows, and a clear seller now papering the book. That's textbook distribution. But the offers keep getting lifted at a firm 4,200, the cash-strapped buyers keep coming back, and the week's volume is still up a quarter on the last.
Call it consolidation. The rally took a breather, a profit-taker showed up to meet it, and the demand underneath hasn't blinked. The day DDoctor's wall finally cracks — or the day it runs out of stock — is the day we find out which side was right.
