SVC Hits A Month-High And A 3am Whale Bought Most Of It
Twenty-eight trades, roughly 97,000 SVC and one overnight sweep that swallowed three-quarters of the tape — the coin is up 54% on the week and back in the green after a fortnight of red

Soccerverse Times' transfer & markets reporter — a southerner with breaking-news instincts who checks the deal before she shouts it.

For two weeks straight this column filed the same obituary: volume up, price down, whales catching a falling knife. *SVC Slides As Whales Keep Buying.* *Verdis Floods The Tape As SVC Cracks.* You could have set your watch by it.
Scratch all that. The tape just turned green — and it didn't do it quietly.
Over the last 24 hours, Democrit logged 28 SVC trades worth roughly 97,000 SVC. Stretch the lens to seven days and you get 958,428 SVC across 240 trades — and here's the number that matters: that's up 96.3% on the week before. In dollar terms the weekly tape is worth about $3,295, up a frankly silly 132%. The coin itself? SVC is changing hands at $0.00414, its highest mark in at least 30 days and a clean 53.8% jump from the $0.0027 it was scraping a week ago. After a fortnight of me writing "bearish," the chart finally has the decency to disagree.
The 3am raid
Now the bit that'll get the group chats going. At 03:17 on Sunday morning, while most of the table was asleep, an account called kjninnin walked in and bought the lot — four fills in a single minute: 42,373 SVC off Eltukko, 16,035 off IronfjordCapital, 10,672 off the in-game 'svc' account and 1,920 off ElVenx. Total: a flat, round 71,000 SVC at around the 4,900 mark.
That one sweep was 73% of everything traded in the entire 24-hour window. One buyer, one minute, three-quarters of the day's flow. And before you ask — that 71,000 was kjninnin's *whole* week. They showed up, hoovered the order book at dawn, and vanished.
How the price moved
The tape opened the window late Saturday around the 4,890–4,900 a coin, dipped to a 4,400 low when a seller dumped into SoccerversePortugal's bids, then rebuilt overnight back to 4,900. Come Sunday late morning it pushed to a 5,000 peak, with Awesome109 selling 500 SVC to coutinii right at the top. The last print of the window cooled off a touch — XVIX selling 524 SVC to LuckyMan at 4,625 just before quarter to two. So: a green week, a strong day, but a slightly soft close. Don't mistake the high for the floor.
Buyer of the morning, after kjninnin, was Harris — who laddered up roughly 10,765 SVC between 11:40 and 11:53, taking size off Serrao10, KoreaKing, PepeGuardiola and Eltukko and chasing the price all the way from 4,672 to 5,000. LuckyMan mopped up another ~4,245 SVC across the day. This was accumulation, not distribution.
Who the whales actually are
The 24-hour tape belonged to kjninnin and Harris, but the seven-day whale board has its usual royalty up top:
Snaus 250,700 · Verdis Capital 230,000 · sowiriro 133,000 · ODEEisOG 129,217 · Joachim 102,608
Snaus — the name behind S Logroño, and a buyer I've watched hoover this exchange before — leads again with a quarter of a million SVC turned over. Verdis Capital is right on the shoulder. Harris (85,948), IronfjordCapital (76,501), Cthulhu (71,141), kjninnin (71,000) and Cipone (62,850) round out the top ten. Same handful of deep pockets, week after week. This is not a crowd; it's a syndicate.
The daily volume curve tells you when they move: Wednesday was the week's monster at 214,476 SVC over 50 trades, Friday close behind at 195,105, while Tuesday flatlined at 59,558. Weekends, oddly, are the quiet bit.
Bullish or bearish? Read it straight
On the tape itself, this is bullish and it isn't close — price at a month-high, volume near-doubled, dollar value up 132%, and the buy side doing all the running.
But I check the deal before I shout it, so here's the other half. The bear thesis on SVC has never gone away, and it's a sound one:
SVC by nature of being inflationary should theoretically always depreciate in value. Let's all brace for the same.
SVC is not a store of value — not yet anyway. Influence is limited.
And the wider market backs the caution up: while SVC the *currency* is ripping, the share markets are cooler. Total influence volume for the week sits at 2.1M SVC, down 16.5%, with player-share trading off a heavy 43.7%. So this is a coin rally, not a whole-economy boom — money flooding *into* SVC faster than it's flooding into the assets you'd buy *with* it.
The honest verdict: the tape is bullish, the whales are buying, and SVC just printed its best dollar price in a month. Whether that holds when the next round of payouts hits the order book — and the sellers wake up — is a column for another Sunday.
