Our database recorded 37054 games in 2019, played in 206 domestic leagues with 99511 scored goals. This gives an average of 2.69 goals per match (2018: 2.65). On national level, the average varies quite heavily. The countries with the lowest average are Gambia (1.61), Togo (1.64) and Libya (1.66). The highest averages are found in Guam (6.33), Solomon Islands (5.12) and Puerto Rico (4.99).

44.6% of matches were won by the home team, 25.4% ended in a draw and the remaining 30.0% were won by the away team.
Again, there are some significant difference when looking at the national level. Nigeria (61.4%), Maldives (59.1%) and Algeria (56.5%) had the highest home win percentages. The lowest can be found in Gambia (27.3%), Mauritius (28.1%) and Guadeloupe (32.1%)
